The components are manufactured from high-performance Cordierite, known for its superior structural durability and low thermal expansion rate.

Square and rectangular options include 100×50×13.5mm, 132×68×13.5mm, 110×110×12.5mm, 132×76×13.5mm, 132×92×13.5mm, 158×72×13.5mm, 198×136×13mm, and 202×148×12.5mm.
The material supports normal cooking surface operating temperatures between 1000–1200ºC and features a softening point exceeding 1280ºC.
The material ensures clean combustion with Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions kept at ≤0.006% and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions at ≤5ppm.
It features an open porosity of 61%, water absorption capacity of 50.40%, and a specific gravity ranging from 0.6 to 0.9 g/cm³.
